Noodles & Asian Snacks

In the early 2000's, I was wedged between library walls and IRC chat where people joined channels like philosophy or anime to hang out or debate long before social media came along. For me, it was a time of research papers on men's healthcare, long walks down Maxwell Street and ASCII art. There was a strange hapiness that was carefree back then, mixed in with some sacrifice and struggle. It was also a time when I needed to be able to refuel as cheaply, as possble. Ramen was once a rite of passage for many graduate students and we ate them without the toppings. As a result, this shrine is dedicated to late night hunger, midnight munchies and the foods that extinguished it.

Since most noodles only differ by their spice packets, I'll also review some of my favorite Asian snacks; to keep things interesting...more later
